Inhouse Routine Test of 11kV MV Switchgear Panels
- Visual inspection
- Verification of dimension
- Verification of wiring (Loop Testing).
- Measurement of the resistance of the main circuit (Contact Resistance)
- Suitability and correct operation of protections, control instruments and electrical connections of the circuit breaker operating mechanism
Functional Test
- Operation of functional locks, interlocks, signaling devices and auxiliary devices.
- Withstand voltage on the auxiliary circuits
- Withstand voltage at power frequency
- CB operating time test
- CT ratio and polarity test
- Primary injection
- Secondary injection
- Power frequency test on control circuit 2.5kV for one minute on each unit
